Healing Through Cleansing Book 1: Main Cleansing Channels: Colon, Kidneys, Lungs, Skin ReviewI purchased all four books of Mr. Koyfman as well as his deep internal cleansing, and thier just very basic, thier are some tips and suggestions, but no real deep info that i was looking for or as the title even suggests, thier are no instructions giving for any cleanses, other than you need to see a professional, that type of constant reply and if your new to health and wanting some real substance and or bang slash value for your dollar, I suggest you check out Andreas Moritz timeless secrets of health which has both a kidney cleanse and a liver flush in it along with so much information i cant even begin, a sample would be sun gazing which does not blind one and is very benificial, you have to start out with just 20 seconds either in the early morning or late evening hours and work up to 15 minutes staring at the sun over a few months time period, you increase looking at it 20 seconds each day, it improves vision, it also helps reset the hypothalamus gland, thiers info on diet when to eat how much he even tells you about how cancer is our own bodys self defense system against toxic overloads and keeps us from dieing instantly, you also can check out David and Annie Jubbs books although i recommend Moritz liver flush due to no longer having any lower back pain which i had for 15 years and losing 140 pounds as well, this book is not to bad it just does not offer any cleanse, in which i feel cheated slightly for i figured buying five books i would atleast get some useable info more than i did get, this book again is very basic and see a professional type of response, Gabriel Cousens has some good books as well but as far as cleansing with how to actually go about such a thing Moritz is the best and then Jubbs that i have found, Hope this helps someone, EricHealing Through Cleansing Book 1: Main Cleansing Channels: Colon, Kidneys, Lungs, Skin Overview
