Attempted Escape from Western Civilization ReviewSomething different from the usual build a boat and sail off into a tropical sunset. t At last we find a tale with a firm grasp of the realities of building and sailing on a shoestring with large doses of humour and the realisation that with tenacity enthusiasm it is all worth it. Even if it takes longer than initially thought. As a struggling wharram builder it was just what i needed to regain inspiration and, more importantly my sense of humour.
