Technician's Guide to Fiber Optics, 4E ReviewThis is a very good introduction to fiber optics and telcom as it relates to fiber optic systems. There isn't really that much in terms of equations, but there's plenty of good information about fiber optics in general. It doesn't go into details as to the actual 'technician' side of fiber optics. Perhaps a book on polishing, characterizing networks and the like would be better.
